Technical interview

A domain expert conducts a live technical interview to review the assignment, discuss the approach and assess the candidate’s expertise in the tech stack.

In steps 6 and 7, specific focus is put on vetting and ensuring that candidate’s technical output, be it coding, documentation or written/oral communication is top notch. After clearing this step, the candidate is a guaranteed top 3% talent.
