If you access the Whiztal.io Sites via clicking on an advertisement placed by Google, Google AdWords stores a cookie with a unique identifier in your internet access device, which contains information about the frequency of views of Whiztal.io’s advertisings, their last view, and any opt-out information. This website uses Facebook Custom Audience Pixel, a service of Facebook Inc., USA. Custom Audience Pixel is a Javascript code that we have integrated into each of our web pages. We use custom audience pixels to collect information about the way visitors use our website. This pixel collects and reports Facebook information about the user’s browser session, a hashed version of the Facebook ID, and the URL being viewed. Each Facebook user has a unique and device-independent Facebook ID that enables us to address and recognize users across multiple devices on the social network Facebook so that we can reach our visitors again for advertising purposes through Facebook ads. After 180 days, the user information will be deleted until the user returns to our website. Therefore, no personal information about the individual website visitors is disclosed to Whiztal.io, and website customer target audiences can only be specifically advertised to as soon as they have reached a significant mass in terms of numbers. Retention Time
Your personal data collected by Whiztal.io is stored for the time necessary for the purposes for which such data has been collected (as outlined in Section D of this Privacy Policy) and/or as long as Whiztal.io has a legitimate interest to store such data. Whiztal.io also stores your personal data as long as required by law or pursuant to a court order or an order of a public authority. If necessary, Whiztal.io furthermore stores your personal data until the expiry of applicable limitation periods in order to be able to assert existing legal claims.
